Thank you for choosing to shop with us at NATURA AFRICA - South Africa: We strive to provide the best possible service and ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free. Below is our shipping policy that explains how we handle and deliver your orders.

  1. Processing Time: Once your payment reflects on our account, we will begin processing it within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be extended. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping throughout South Africa. Shipping costs will vary depending on the method you choose and your location.

  3. Delivery Time: Delivery times will vary depending on your location. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances or weather conditions.

  4. Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within South Africa. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses. For shipments outside of South Africa, please contact us via email.

  5. Tracking Your Order Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number can be used to track your order on our website or the shipping carrier's website.

  6. Shipping Costs Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your location. These costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  7. Delivery Issues If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us at info@natura-africa.co.za. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  8. Order Cancellations If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@natura-africa.com as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a refund. If your order has already been processed and shipped, you will need to follow our return policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
